Ir. Dr. Rajendran specializes in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Agility, Futuristic Business, Global Scenario Planning, and Human Capital Management. He holds the qualifications of PhD (Management) from University Putra Malaysia, Postgraduate Certificate in Psychosynthesis Counseling from University of East London (UK), Certificate of Completion in Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counseling – The Psychosynthesis and Education Trust (UK), MBA from University of Strathclyde (UK), and  Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours) from University of Malaya.

Ir. Dr. Rajendran has written book/monograph and published articles in international journals. He continuously involves in conducting research, publishing articles as well as presenting in seminars/conferences. Dr. Rajendran is also an experienced supervisor for postgraduate students in their projects and research work. In terms of his academic recognition and other achievements, Dr. Rajendran has been guest lecturer and invited speaker to Universities and industries, member of Editorial Board and Review Panel of journals and newspaper column, assessor/examiner for dissertations, and has also secured two research grants in the past one year. In addition, Dr. Rajendran is also actively conducting contract research, as well as consultancy and training activities for business organizations. He is also a member with the Malaysian Institute of Management.

Ir. Dr. Rajendran had 20 years of industrial experience. He was the General Manager (Supplier Management) of CS Plastic Sdn. Bhd., South East Asia Manager (Business Development/ Sales Manager) for Hyprotech Malaysia, Regional Business Development and Country Manager for WL Gore & Associates Inc. USA, Business Development and Operations Manager of Watermech Engineering Pte. Ltd., and Technical Engineer from Associated Pan Malaysian Cement.

Other than his contributions to the corporate and education industries, Dr. Rajendran plays an energetic role in serving the community and society. He is the President of PREMASEVA CHARITABLE ORGANISATION and an active member of (PERKAMA) Persatuan Kaunseling Malaysia.
