This teambuilding brought lots of impacts to us. It strengthens the teamwork spirit between us. Besides, this program able to release our tension and it is a kind of leisure activities that good for our health.

I am happy for today’s program. This is the first time I participated for teambuilding program. Me and my colleagues learned a lot of new experiences and knowledges from this program.

This teambuilding considered a good experience for me and other participants. All of us enjoyed the activities. We carried out lots of discussion and contributed our own ideas who never expressed during workplace. We have learned how to work together and strengthen the relationship between us all.

Since joining this course, I learnt something new about the safety for working in the construction site, working at height, and the way to handle the chemicals and cargo. For me, this course helped me to know more about the safety handling, and its benefit for me to attend this course.

After attended courses by Leadway, I find myself be more positive and more effective. Mr Wayne is friendly and enable to share his own experience & guide us to be more powerful. Leadway's courses are very systematic, down to earth and easy to follow. I believe Mr Wayne is a good facilitator.

I can earn extra knowledge, give me positive thinking and come out with new experience. Thanks Mr Wayne and thanks for the training.

I really enjoy the training day and I had learned teamwork building, how to work together and how to work closely with my team members. It's really good and satisfy, I really enjoy it. Thanks for company that giving this chance so that we could attend these activities.

I get many positive input and how to improve ourselves in term of self leadership or self motivation, to enhance our work wise.

After the 2 Days 1 Night teambuilding, we learned how to work as a teammate, how to make our mission complete and how to work together not only for yourself but work for your team. It was a very good experience. I will share my experience with my colleagues.

Teamwork problem is happened significantly in our group. After attending this training, I found that it helps me easy to guide my team members work together easier and reduce their misunderstanding between each other. It also helps me to handle their conflict so that can assign different task to them.

The training is very good. Training that presented by trainer Mr. Wayne was in point and accurate to what we want to achieve.
