  1. Safety Induction Construction Workers Program (Program Induksi Keselamatan Pekerja Tapak Binaan) – Green Card

    The Purpose of Construction Personnel Registration Card:-

    This is an integrated program that involves registration and accreditation of Construction Personnel to increase the safety level of construction work.

    Reasons to Register Construction Personnel Registration Card:-

    • Ensures that workers realize the importance of safety and healthy workplace
    • Provides basic knowledge about safety and health on construction site
    • Informs employees on the construction sector about the law related to safety and health.
    • Participants will be provided a Green Card and automatically protected by Employment Insurance System that insures Construction Personnel’s death and accidents.
    • Participants will attend this safety induction course for 8 hours.

    The Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (Act 514) and its regulations provide the legislative framework for the safety and health among the workforces in Malaysia, including construction industry.   3. Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act (CIPAA) 2012

    Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 or known as CIPAA 2012 is a payment act enacted and legislated by the Malaysia Parliament on 15 April 2014 to resolve the paying disputes in the construction industry specifically between the main contractor and subcontractor that ended with the collection of payment. It is moreover to outlaw the practices of “Pay-When-Paid” where the subcontractor will only get paid when the main contractor gets the payment from the clients. The establishment of the Act provides speedy, timely and cost-effective resolutions for the disputes occurred due to the payment problems.

  4. Basic First Aid & CPR

    Various kind of emergency is sometimes inevitable at the workplace. By providing Basic First Aid Training to the employees, the employees will be able to perform first aid treatment if emergency cases happen at the workplace. This training will equip the participants with the skills and knowledge to provide immediate care for an ill or injured person until more advanced medical care arrives to take over.

  7. Site Safety & Health Training

    The Malaysian construction industry has a poor health and safety record. According to the Department of Occupational Safety and Health, there were 326 accidents and 84 deaths reported in year 2019 alone. The construction industry employs more than 770,000 workers and has long been considered as a difficult, dangerous and dirty occupation due to the high incidence of accidents, injuries and deaths. One of the major causes identified is the lack of appropriate knowledge and skills of those assigned with responsibilities for safety and health. As such, this course aimed to improve the awareness of safety and health in construction sites known as the training were developed to equip the site personnel with appropriate knowledge and skill that will enable them to perform safely in the construction environment.
