Leadway Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd hosted an outdoor team building in Adeline Villa, Gopeng, Perak. The guest is Cititel Hotel Malaysia Group. We started with the opening speech, safety briefing, ice breaking and group dividing. In the morning, we enjoyed the tele-match games, which improve their teamwork, problem solving and efficiency. They enjoyed and learned during the matches. In the afternoon, we engaged in heavy team building (teambuilding) activity – THE RUNNING MAN. All the participants tried their best to guess and find the station location and solve the mystery missions. They ran under the sun with all in wet and full energy. After Running Man activities, we depart and enjoy cool waterfall session. In the evening, we had delicious buffet dinner. Then, we proceed to camp fire. All participants speak out their conflict and dissatisfaction during camp fire. They solved some misunderstanding between the members during camp fire. In the second morning, they proceed to jungle walk and river crossing challenges. They build teamwork during river crossing, all participants help each other to cross the river. We dismissed in the afternoon with a fruitful day. The team building is HRDF claimable under SBL scheme.
