It is wonderful to organize teambuilding near the seaside – Marina Island Pangkor Resort, Lumut, Perak. It started with the opening speech, safety briefing, ice breaking and group dividing. In the morning, participants enjoyed teambuilding at the Frenzy Water Park Challenges, which improve their teamwork, problem solving and efficiency. They enjoyed and learned during the challenges. In the afternoon, they engaged with touring to the sea by boats. They enjoyed snorkeling and swimming with a life jacket and goggles. In the evening, participants had a BBQ buffet dinner at the beach and enjoyed the performance of the employees. In the second morning, the annual meeting was conducted right after breakfast. After the annual meeting, all participants were dismissed and departed to a seafood restaurant in Sitiawan. It is one of the most memorable teambuilding event. This teambuilding is HRDF claimable under SBL scheme.
